Maine’s first significant storm of the season made for some slippery roads on Monday.
He ended up rolling the truck into a utility pole—bringing down the power lines and dumping his load of logs onto a van that happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The truck driver wasn’t injured, but the driver of the van did suffer an injury to his arm. Authorities were concerned about the power lines which came down on top of the truck. OnceBangor Hydro turned off the power, it was just a matter of clearing the wreckage and the pile of logs off the road.
The driver of a tractor trailer truck discovered just how slick the roads were as he was heading down Route 155 in Lagrange Monday morning and he lost control on the corner.
