Muddy Rudder Spinach Artichoke Dip

5 lbs. Cream Cheese, soften
6 lbs. Frozen spinach: thawed, drained,
64 oz. Can of artichoke hearts, drained
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 cups shredded parmesan cheese
3 TBL chopped garlic
4 TBL onion salt

Heat oven 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and
spinach, set aside.
In another large bowl, combine the rest of
the ingredients.
Fold in cream cheese/spinach mixture.
Pour into a large casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until hot all the
way through.
