Grilled Swordfish Kabobs

Ingredients:

16oz. swordfish, cut into 1&quot: cubes
2 red peppers, cut into 1 1/2&quot: squares
2 green peppers, cut into 1 1/2 &quot: squares
1 red onion, cut into 1 1/2&quot: squares
1 pint cherry tomatoes
4-8 skewers

Directions:
1.If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak in water overnight.
2.Layer ingredients on each skewer.
3.Grill on medium-high heat until fish is cooked thoroughly.
4.When finished, brush with seasoned, melted butter.
5.Enjoy!
